Return-merchandise-authorization (RMA) process for stock and special-order items.

Stock items

Unopened stock items are returnable within 60 days of invoice with an RMA. A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns above $1,000.

Special-order, engineered-to-spec, and custom-manufactured items are non-returnable unless defective or shipped in error.

Manufacturer warranty claims are processed within 5 business days. Replacements ship priority freight at no charge for documented defects.
