Standard commercial terms of sale for AERiiTools Industrial Supply Co.

Acceptance

All sales are subject to AERiiTools standard terms of sale. Buyer's purchase order, when accepted, incorporates these terms in full.

Pricing & taxes

Prices exclude applicable sales, use, and excise taxes. Tax-exempt buyers must furnish a valid exemption certificate prior to shipment.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranty passes through to buyer. AERiiTools makes no additional warranties express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

AERiiTools liability is limited to the invoice value of the goods. Consequential damages are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
